Donna M. White, DNP, RN, is an associate professor of nursing at Hannibal-LaGrange University, Hannibal, Missouri, serves as the RN-to-BSN program coordinator, and recently became an associate editor for JCN.
Mikel Hand, EdD, RN, is an assistant professor of nursing in the College of Nursing and Health Professions at University of Southern Indiana, Evansville, Indiana. In addition to teaching, Mikel maintains an active program of scholarship and mentoring DNP students.
