Survey Assessment of the Faith Community: This May Help!

ABSTRACT: Faith community nurses can provide better services by understanding the needs of the faith community. A basic survey can provide desired information in a timely manner; however, surveying the community may seem like a daunting task. This article offers tips for creating and distributing a survey to assess perceived needs of the faith community in order to develop appropriate health ministry.

Faith community nurses can provide better services by understanding needs, but what's the best way to assess the faith community?
