Clinical Significance: Our findings call for focused interventions at the organizational level to assist the healthcare workforce recover from the Covid-19 crisis. Interventions should be aimed at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels with priority given to promoting health and redesigning the work environment to reduce work stressors associated with poor psychosocial health.
