In specific cases, his employer has received payment for his consultation from Photocure, Papivax, Inovio, PDS Biotechnologies, Natera, and Immunovaccine. If travel is required for meetings with any industry, the company pays for M.H.E.'s travel-related expenses. In addition, his employers have received grant funding for research-related costs of clinical trials that M.H.E. has been the overall project investigator or local project investigator for the past 12 months from Astra Zeneca, Baxalta, Pfizer, Inovio, Fujiboro, and Eli Lilly.
