With regret, in the last paragraph on page 1006, the words ‘men’ and ‘women’ should be transposed [1]. The correct sentence should read:

The Kawasaki formula [5] to estimate 24-h urinary sodium is given as: 16.3 × √[Spot Na (mmol/l)/Spot Cr (mmol/l)] × predicted 24-h urinary Cr (mg/day), where predicted Cr (mg/day) for women is as follows: −4.72 × age (years) + 8.58 × weight (kg) + 5.09 × height (cm) −74.5; and for men is as follows: −12.63 × age (years) +15.12 × weight (kg) + 7.39 × height (cm) −79.9.
