ABSTRACT This is a case of a pruritic, photodistributed rash on the arms and chest of an adult patient who recently started a new medication. A multiple-choice question is presented, and readers will be challenged to identify the correct drug that triggered this rash based on case presentation and patient history. An answer is given followed by a discussion of causes, clinical features, and appropriate management of the rash.
