In the July issue, in the article “Intraocular Pressure Rise and Recurrence of Capsular Block Syndrome After Neodymium:YAG Laser Anterior Capsulotomy” (J Cataract Refract Surg 2007; 33:1344–1346), the Snellen equivalent visual acuities in the case report are incorrect. The preoperative best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/70; 3 weeks after bimanual irrigation/aspiration to remove fluid from the anterior chamber, the BCVA was 20/30; and 1 day after a posterior capsulotomy, the BCVA was 20/25.
