The JCRO accepts manuscript submissions through its Editorial Manager submission service on another website.

The JCRO has specific instructions and guidelines for submitting articles, available at the hyperlink and from the black menu bar at the top of the JCRO Editorial Manager home page. Please read and review them carefully. Articles that are not submitted in accordance with our instructions and guidelines are more likely to be rejected.

The JCRO is a Gold Open Access journal. Open access articles are freely available to read, download and share from the time of publication under the terms of the Creative Commons License Attribution-NonCommerical No Derivative (CC BY-NC-ND) license. Open access requires authors or their funding agency/insitution to pay an article processing charge at the time of acceptance. Refer to the Instructions for Authors for details.​
