In the article1 that appeared in the March/April issue, the authors would like to make the following corrections:

1. On page 169, a revised Figure showing the different HR targets and measures adjacent to their position on the figure.



2. In Table 2 on page 169, there is a missing data on the last line of the 3rd column. It should say “3.47(0.6) to 3.8 (0.77).”

3. The authors would also like to note that since the publication of this article, there is a new qualifying diagnosis (heart failure) that has been added to Cardiac Rehab.
