After multiple sessions of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy were given, visual function and retinal appearance improved. This case suggests that HBO therapy may be a treatment option for Purtscher's retinopathy. © 2006 by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
