​Every peer-reviewed research article appearing in this journal will be published open access. This means that the article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.

Starting from 1 January 2021, the publication fee will be US$800(NT$24000) for all articles (except for invited articles and editorials). The Journal will bear the cost of publication for articles of 8 printed pages or less for Original Articles. Authors will be charged US$100 (NT$3000) per extra page. Authors will also be charged a flat fee of US$300 (NT$9000) per article if it contains any figures and/or tables in color for print.

A CC user license manages the reuse of the article (see http://www.wkopenhealth.com/openaccessfaq.php). All articles will be published under the following license:

For non-commercial purposes, lets others distribute and copy the article, and to include in a collective work (such as an anthology), as long as they credit the author(s) and provided they do not alter or modify the article.
