An initial chest X-ray showed a curvilinear calcification involving the left-sided profile of the mediastinal shadow. Cardiac MRI cine images demonstrated findings compatible with a calcified anterior myocardial infarction. © 2011 Italian Federation of Cardiology. All rights reserved.
