AOA Critical Issues in Education
A New Channel of JBJS Open Access
The American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) and The Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery, Inc., partner to bring readers content focused on major issues in the education of orthopaedic medical students, residents, fellows, and faculty. Because the primary focus of the AOA’s Council of Orthopaedic Residency Directors (CORD) program is excellence in graduate medical education, this channel reflects relevant education research and discourse. AOA members, Emerging Leaders, AOA Program Participants, and/or CORD affiliates will receive a discounted article processing charge (APC) on acceptance of their article; however, AOA affiliation is not a requirement for article submission and acceptance. For more information and to submit an article to the AOA Critical Issues in Education channel, please visit the Instructions for Authors page.
