Anthony A. Miller is a distinguished professor and director of the PA program at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va. Melissa Murfin is academic coordinator and an assistant professor in the PA program at Elon (N.C.) University. Teri Moser Woo is a professor and associate dean for graduate nursing programs at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Wash. Richard Rohrs is director of hospital medicine at Northwest Hospital in Baltimore, Md. Richard W. Dehn is a professor in the College of Health and Human Services at Northern Arizona University's Phoenix Biomedical Campus, chair of the university's Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
