Roderick S. Hooker is a retired PA. James F. Cawley is a professor in the School of Public Health at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Jennifer Coombs is an assistant professor in the Division of Physician Assistant Studies, Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. Dr. Hooker and Richard W.
