Almost every imaginable object has been inserted into the urethra. This case report describes the presentation and management of this unusual phenomenon.

Daniel McPartlin works in urology at the McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, Va. Adam Klausner is an assistant professor of urology, and Tristan Berry is a urology resident. Both physicians work at Virginia Commonwealth University-Medical College of Virginia and also at the McGuire VA Medical Center.
