Case Report

The patient appeared to be having delusions and admitted to previous alcohol dependence but denied any history of major psychiatric illness.

The authors are affiliated with the Psychiatry Residency Program and Department of Psychiatry at the Carilion Clinic Virginia Tech-Carilion School of Medicine, Roanoke, Virginia. Urvi Shah is a clinical assistant, Cassandra Vu is a prospective PA student, Reena Thomas is a resident, David Hartman is an associate professor, and Taral Sharma is chief resident.
