The Fellows Speak

ABSTRACT Postgraduate training, otherwise termed residency or fellowship training, for nurse practitioners is a growing trend. Many new graduates are seeking intensive and immersive clinical experiences supported by evidence-based didactic learning directly related to their clinical experience. This article describes current trends and evidence supporting fellowship training.
