Interactions among antiretrovirals and anti-mycobacterials present challenges when trying to treat HIV and tuberculosis simultaneously. This case report describes resistance development despite increasing raltegravir as recommended, as well as successful treatment with dolutegravir in the setting of integrase resistance and concomitant rifampin.
