We thank Rao1 for taking interest in our article2 and kind words of encouragement. We agree with their observation. We had not included schisis in our classification as it is commonly associated with a tractional retinal detachment, and in the presence of any haze in media by way of lenticular opacities or vitreous hemorrhage it may not be detected clinically and also with optical coherence tomography. However, this has a valid place in the proposed classification and should be included.
