Gabriela McElligott provides a video commentary on a JBI best practice implementation project - titled: Assessment and management of neonatal pain.
Gabriela McElligott is a Masters student at the University of California, San Francisco, and she is expected to complete her requirements to become a board-certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Gerontology in June of 2023. She works part time as a Care Transitions nurse for a local network of primary care clinics. Before entering the nursing profession, Gabriela worked for a large retailer, gaining experience in customer service, leadership, and operations. Gabriela has a particular interest in the incorporation of information technology into nursing practice to enhance systems and improve patient care and safety. Gabriela lives in Alameda, California, with her fiancé and red Australian Cattle Dog, and enjoys cooking, hiking and reading in her free time.
