*The aim of this pilot project, "Conflict-Managerial Perspectives," was to interview a small sample of NHAs from a variety of nursing home settings in the Baltimore metropolitan area. The focus of the interviews was on the administrator's perception of conflict. Funds for this research were provided by the Towson University Faculty Development and Research Program.
