Errors were identified in Figure 5 in “Structural Failure Sites in Anterior Vaginal Wall Prolapse: Identification of a Collinear Triad” by L. Chen, S. Lisse, K. Larson, M.B. Berger, J.A. Ashton-Miller, and J.O.L. DeLancey.1 The top-left portion of the figure showing vaginal length in the anterior wall prolapse group (AW) was incorrectly duplicated. In addition, the word “Fronix” was corrected to “Fornix” in the top right portion of the figure. Finally, x-axis labels denoting vaginal segment of 1–5 and a y-axis label indicating paravaginal location were added in the middle-right portion of the figure. The corrected figure is printed on page 210. The authors regret these errors.
