Zephyrin (Obstet Gynecol 2016;127:383–92): 1) On page 386 in the “Infertility” section, the last sentence incorrectly mentions the Department of Veterans Affairs. The correct sentence is: “Legislative and advocacy efforts including from Congressional leaders, veterans, their families, and advocacy organizations are ongoing addressing coverage of in vitro fertilization services for veterans, particularly for men and women veterans who have been injured as a result of their service (eg, polytrauma and genital injuries). 2) On page 387 in the “Reproductive Health and Aging” section, there are errors in the in-press reference in the third sentence. The correct reference is: “Callegari LS, Gray KE, Zephyrin LC, Harrington LB, Gerber MR, Cochrane BG, et al. Hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy: variations by history of military service and birth cohort. Gerontologist 2016;56:S67–7.” These errors occurred during production.
