In “National Partnership for Maternal Safety: Consensus Bundle on Obstetric Hemorrhage” by E.K. Main, D. Goffman, B.M. Scavone, L.K. Low, D. Bingham, P.L. Fontaine, J.B. Gorlin, D.C. Lagrew, and B.S. Levy (Obstet Gynecol 2015;126:155–62), reference 39 contains an error in the first author's name. The incorrect citation is: “Evanson A, Anderson J. Postpartum hemorrhage: third stage pregnancy. In: Leeman L, editor. Advanced life support in obstetrics provider syllabus. Leawood (KS): American Academy of Family Physicians; 2014.” The correct citation is: “Evensen A, Anderson J. Postpartum hemorrhage: third stage pregnancy. In: Leeman L, editor. Advanced life support in obstetrics provider syllabus. Leawood (KS): American Academy of Family Physicians; 2014.” The authors regret this error.

There is an error in Table 2 in “Lactation Duration and Midlife Atherosclerosis” by E.P. Gunderson, C.P. Quesenberry Jr, X. Ning, D.R. Jacobs Jr, M. Gross, D.C. Goff Jr, M.J. Pletcher, and C.E. Lewis (Obstet Gynecol 2015;126:381–90). In the “Pregnancy outcomes: GDM history” row, the incorrect data are: “228 (87); 184 (88); 147 (87); 174 (85)” for 0 to 1 Month, More Than 1 Month to Less Than 6 Months, 6 Months to Less Than 10 Months, and 10 Months or Longer, respectively. The correct data are: “34 (13); 26 (12); 22 (13); 31 (15).” The authors unintentionally reported the number and percentage of women who did not have a history of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) instead of the number and percentage of women with a history of GDM. The text and the results reported for the models are correct and are not affected by the error. The GDM variable in the models was configured correctly and the percentage with GDM has been checked and is consistent with the authors' previous analyses (13% overall). The authors regret this error.

There is an error in reference 12 in “Obstetric Surgical Site Infections: 2 Grams Compared With 3 Grams of Cefazolin in Morbidly Obese Women” by H.K. Ahmadzia, E.M. Patel, D. Joshi, C. Liao, F. Witter, R.P. Heine, and J.S. Coleman (Obstet Gynecol 2015;126:708–15). The incorrect reference is: “Maggio LND, DaCosta M, Rouse DJ, Hughes BJ, Hughes BL. Cefazolin prophylaxis in obese women undergoing cesarean delivery. Obstet Gynecol 2015;125:1205–10.” The correct reference is: “Maggio L, Nicolau DP, DaCosta M, Rouse DJ, Hughes BL. Cefazolin prophylaxis in obese women undergoing cesarean delivery: a randomized controlled trial. Obstet Gynecol 2015;125:1205–10.” The reference was not correctly edited during production.
