Obstetrics & Gynecology: August 1969 - Volume 34 - Issue 2 - p 189-193 Free Abstract The one hundred seventeenth and eighteenth patients so far reported who had intermittent porphyria—one of whom had a sarcoma of the thigh excised—are included in this review of the disorder, particularly as it relates to pregnancy. These 2 women experienced no gestational disaster and no exacerbation of the metabolic disorder during their total of five pregnancies. © 1969 The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
