The journal has a wide-ranging scope, covering such aspects as descriptive and metabolic epidemiology, histopathology, lifestyle issues, environment, genetics, molecular biology, oncologic and prophylactic surgery, clinical medicine, intervention clinical trials and public education, basic research and translational studies. Results from clinical trials in their different phases, and from systematic reviews and meta-analysis will be considered. Although affiliated to a European organization, the European Journal of Cancer Prevention
addresses issues of international importance.
