Child Health and the Environment

I am writing in response to the review¹ of my book (Child Health and the Environment) by Matthew Longnecker in the November 2003 issue of Epidemiology. As noted by Dr. Longnecker, the chapter summaries do not allow the reader easily to locate the relevant citations for the epidemiologic evidence for various associations. The last chapter, however, includes a reference to a web site where the interested reader can obtain such information. The web site is a work-in-progress and currently has detailed tables for the first few subject-area chapters. The link to the web site is www.mclaughlincentre.ca.
