Tips for Sleeping Well

    I agree with everything Dr. Robert Brandt wrote in his recent article, “How to Happily Increase Your Unconsciousness.” (EMN 2016;38[5]:10; http://emn.online/May16Brandt.) I would like to add that when I worked nights, I sealed the windows with black plastic. No light entered the room. I had a white noise machine to block all extraneous noise. I slept in a water bed to prevent waking from pressure on an arm or leg or side. Lastly, I always ate breakfast before going to sleep, so I wouldn't wake up from hunger.
