A 34-year-old man presents with right shoulder pain after a mechanical fall. He is right-handed, and has limited active range of motion of the right arm from the position seen. He denies paresthesias, hand weakness, or neck and chest pain. He notes having “some shoulder surgery” five years ago after frequent (“I don't know, a lot”) traumatic right shoulder dislocations.
