In the June 2018 issue of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, in the article “Dried Blood Spot Analysis for Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Antipsychotics: Drawbacks of Its Clinical Application” by Kloosterboer et al., the authors have noted an error in formula 2 (page 345). The correct formula should read:
