In the April 2018 issue of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, in the article " Hospitalized Patients With and Without Hemodialysis Have Markedly Different Vancomycin Pharmacokinetics: A Population Pharmacokinetic Model-Based Analysis," there was a typographical error in the Methods section in the sentence “Serum creatinine values were truncated to 1 mg/dL if the SCr value was <1 mg/dL and the patient's age was >60 years and then these truncated SCr values were used in the CrCL calculation.” This should have indicated the patient’s age as >65 years, not >60 years. This is only an error in description, and does not change the data or conclusions of the article.
