Abstract

One of the methods of reconstructing superficial lower eyelid defects is by transposition of upper eyelid skin to the defect area. The stepwise methodology of this flap is discussed and demonstrated. The additional use of small, centrally placed grafts from the superfluous distal flap skin broadens the use of the flap.
