In the April 2001 issue of Cornea, the following errors were made in the article “In Vitro Susceptibilities of Bacterial Ocular Isolates to Fluoroquinolones” by Adrienne Graves et al.:

On page 302, first column, in line 3, “bulbar and/or palpebral participated” should have read “bulbar and/or palpebral conjunctival injection participated”.

On page 303, first column, in lines 8—10, “classified as susceptible to levofloxacin and identified as resistant to either ofloxacin or ciprofloxacin” should have read “classified as resistant to either levofloxacin, ofloxacin, or ciprofloxacin”.

On page 303, second column, in lines 1—3, “In addition to the levofloxacin-resistant isolate mentioned above, one strain each of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were ofloxacin-resistant (Table 2).” should have been omitted.

On page 303, second column, in lines 7 and 8, “the ofloxacin-resistant strains of Brevundimonas vesicularis, Klebsiella pneumoniae” should have read “the levofloxacin-and ofloxacin-resistant strain of Brevundimonas vesicularis, andKlebsiella pneumoniae”.

On page 304, second column, in line 19, “25, 129” should have read, “25,129 ”.

On page 304, second column, in line 34, “however, we did find 53 of 60” should have read “however, using the broth dilation method, we did find 53 of 60”.

On page 305, in reference 16, “g-positive” should have read “Gram-positive”.
