Amantadine-Induced Speech Impairment

Legend: A 60-year-old woman with a 12-year history of Parkinson disease who was responsive to low doses of levodopa. While on 300 mg/d of amantadine, she developed stuttering and speech arrest, which were associated with subtle orolingual and hand myoclonus.
