Mild Diplopia in Myasthenia Gravis

Legend: An 84-year-old man who has had myasthenia gravis for 3 years. The disease began with neck weakness, followed by asymmetric, bilateral lid ptosis. Examination demonstrates mild, fatigable diplopia on lateral gaze to either side, unmasked by cover/uncover maneuver.
