Apogeotropic direction-changing positional nystagmus

Legend: When the patient is first in the left Dix-Hallpike position, right-beat nystagmus is present. When the patient is moved to the right Dix-Hallpike position, left-beat nystagmus is present. This pattern is apogeotropic direction-changing positional nystagmus.
