L.Clinical Neuropharmacology: 1990 - p S76-S83 Buy Abstract Summary: L-Sulpiride is a dopamine (DA)-receptor blocker that acts as an antidepressant at low doses. We have reviewed evidence suggesting that the antidepressant effect of l-sulpiride may depend on the activation of DA transmission secondary to the blockade of DA autoreceptors.
