In this article in the November 2009 issue (page 2989), there are several places where an author name is spelled incorrectly. The corrections are below.

In line 1, it should read:

In this issue of Critical Care Medicine, the article by Dr. Garrouste-Orgeas and colleagues (1) makes an important contribution to our understanding of the intensive care unit (ICU) referral process by emergency physicians and the use of guidelines by emergency physicians and critical care physicians.
