About the Society
The International Society of Nurses in Cancer Care (ISNCC), founded in 1984, is the global voice for cancer nursing. Globally, ISNCC members represent over 60,000 nurses that provide care across the cancer continuum:
- National/regional cancer nursing societies
- Oncology institutions
- Individual cancer nurse practitioners, researchers, and educators
ISNCC provides a platform for collaboration, enabling leaders across the globe to build capacity within the cancer nursing community and influence health policy to improve health and social outcomes for people affected by cancer. ISNCC's mission is to lead the global nursing community to reduce the burden of cancer to realize its vision of a world in which nurses are vital and central leaders in cancer care and control.
