Bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) is a clinicopathologic entity encompassing several clinical and imaging presentations. We report the case of a 42-year-old man clinically presenting with hemoptysis and multiple cavitary nodules on the computed tomography scan.
