Is a New Study of the Spines of Astronauts a Game-Changer?: Erratum
An article on the Global Spine Care Initiative in the January 2017 edition of The BackLetter mistakenly suggested this group has secured $6 million in funding for the first five phases of its research project. Lead investigator Scott Haldeman, MD, DC, PhD noted in a recent email that the group has, as yet, only secured funding for Phase I of this project and still needs additional funding for Phases II through V. The group is actively seeking additional funding partners.
