In Brief:
Suction-curettage was performed for axillary hidradenitis on 42 patients, divided equally into 3 groups with 1/3 performed using a 1-hole cannula, 1/3 with a 3-hole cannula, and 1/3 with a large Suction-Curettage cannula. Postoperative reduction in rate of sweating was reduced respectively by 44%, 49%, and 63% in the 3 groups, with the greatest effectiveness achieved by the sharp cannula.
