In Brief:
Twenty-two gender dysphoria patients underwent total penile reconstruction with re-innervated free latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flaps. Eight of the patients were able to achieve sufficient neophallic stiffening by muscle contraction to achieve intercourse.
