Use of costal cartilage grafts for correcting deep saddle nose deformities has the drawback that it risks bending of the carved cartilage. Use of the free extremities of the 8th and 9th ribs where no molding was performed and the perichondrium left attached, with the aim of avoiding distortion of the grafts, is presented.
