In the April 2023 issue of Annals of Surgery, a correction was needed in the article by Liu et al., “Minimally Invasive or Open Esophagectomy for Treatment of Resectable Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma? Answer From a Real-world Multicenter Study.”

In the risk table of Figure 1, the number of patients after weighting were incorrectly presented (3039, 2523, …, 0; 3039, 2455, …,0). The correct version of the Figure with the corrected number of patients after weighting in the risk table (2912, 2417, …, 0; 2912, 2352, …,0) should be as follows:
