In the chapter that appeared on page 1 of the Fall 2011 issue of International Anesthesiology Clinics, the author Admir Hazic, MD, PhD, conflicts of interest disclosure did not appear. It should have appeared as the following. Admir Hadzic, MD, PhD declares he is a consultant for Baxter, BBraun, Life Tech, Cadence, Pacira, Penrin Corp, and Concert Medical; he has received grant money from Baxter, Pacira, Astra –Z. He holds an equity position in Macosta Medical USA. Macosta Medical USA holds a patent for BSmart, an in-line injection pressure monitor.
