Transgastric abdominal ultrasonographic view of the inferior vena cava (IVC) long-axis view shows a dilated IVC following a Fontan procedure due to a
partial occlusion at the level of the graft anastomosis to the IVC. Hepatic venous flow is present before and is almost absent after cardiopulmonary bypass from iatrogenic occlusion.
