Help with A&A Delivery Problems of Print Issues
Members who are have problems with delivery of print issues should contact LWW member service at [email protected] In the United States call toll-free 866-489-0443. Outside of the United States call 301-223-2300, option 3, then option 1. LWW provides replacement copies for damaged or lost issues to members: US claims up to 90 days from date of issue and International claims up to 180 days from date of issue.​
