IN THE PAST few years there has been a definite trend away from spinal anesthesia. This has been, not so much a loss of faith in spinal by those who built up its reputation- return to their first love by those who never whole heartedly endorsed it. “Not that they lov'd spinal less, but that they lov'd general more”.
